Packing
Marble is heavy and it chips, so packing is not an afterthought. Every piece is wrapped in two layers of bubble wrap, seated in cut foam, and double-boxed in a corner-braced carton before it leaves the workshop.
Delivery times
- Within India: dispatched in 2–4 working days; delivery typically 3–7 days.
- Bulk and custom orders: 10–15 days in production, plus freight.
- Export: air or sea freight quoted per order, FOB Agra or CIF.
If something arrives broken
Photograph the parcel and the piece as you open it and send the photos to us within 48 hours. We replace the piece or refund it in full. You do not need to return the broken item unless we ask.
Returns
Retail pieces can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packing. Custom, engraved and bulk-produced orders cannot be returned once production has started.
Natural veining and slight variation in colour and inlay placement are inherent to hand-worked stone and are not treated as defects.
